The CISA Tour was the collective brainchild of Don Archer and Guy Percy. Archer wanted to sharpen his own competitive skills and brought to then PGA Professional Percy his ideas. The CISA Tour began with a bang in 1996 and continues today under the guidance of both Archer and Percy. Several Charter Tour Members still belong today with a host of very welcome additions. Numerous Tour members and their wives come together each week to conduct events that all can enjoy. Their help is truly appreciated. Like the twists we all experience in a round of golf, Percy and Archer nearly flipped careers. In 2004, Percy left a 20-year PGA career to work as a Financial Representative with Country Financial. Archer attained a lifetime dream and became a PGA of America member after age 60. Both gentlemen brought a passion to the CISA Tour operation.
